The Allen-Bradley 1756-RM2XT is an extreme environment redundancy module designed for ControlLogix SIL 2 applications, ensuring seamless operation by supervising state transitions crucial for redundancy. Compatible with ControlLogix 5560 and 5570 Controllers, this module operates in tandem with other enhanced redundancy modules, excluding use with the 1756-RM/A, 1756-RM/B, or 1756-RMXT. Capable of withstanding harsh conditions, it draws 1.16 A at 5.1V DC and 3.4 mA at 24V DC, with a power and thermal dissipation of 6 W and 21 BTU/hr respectively, and is compatible with Bulletin 1756-RMC series cables and standard 1756-PAXT and 1756-PBXT supplies.
