The Allen-Bradley 2706-B21C8 DL20 message display features a 14.4 x 14.4-inch vacuum fluorescent display capable of showing 16 characters per line on its two-line configuration. It supports communication via RS-422 and RS-232 ports, offering versatile options for file transfers, and connects seamlessly with SLC or PLC modules to process variable data, slave addresses, and message triggers. Equipped with 8 KB of RAM, it operates on 120 Volts AC or a range of DC voltages, and its functionality includes dynamic message chaining, real-time clock capabilities, and autorun diagnostics. The display is highly visible up to 25 feet away and can interface with external peripherals like keyboards and CRT monitors for message configuration.
