The Allen-Bradley 2706-B23C31 DL20 display module is designed for industrial environments and features a 2-line Vacuum Fluorescent Dot Matrix Display capable of showing up to 16 characters per line, including uppercase, lowercase, and symbols. It operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 60 °C (32 to 140 °F) and is built to withstand vibration levels of 5 g at frequencies from 10 to 500 Hz, with shock tolerances of 30g during operation and 50g when not in operation. With 31KB of RAM and equipped with RS-422 and RS-232 communication ports, it supports ASCII input, and its power requirements range from 85-264V AC. Weighing 9.5 pounds (4.32 kg), the module fits within a NEMA Type 12/13 enclosure and is ideal for non-critical display applications, providing a 10 KiloOhm input resistance and accommodating a voltage range of 5-30V DC at the parallel port.
