If you would like to make a return or exchange, we invite you to review our Warranty and Return Policy to check if the product is eligible. Purchase receipts are required for all returns and exchanges.
- To start an online return, please access your Shopify account to begin the process. Alternatively, you can contact us at sales@iac.us.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. We're here to facilitate a seamless return experience for you.
- After you complete the form, our service team will contact you to fulfill your request.
- All products must be returned within one (1) week of RMA form being completed.
