Our Policies

Industrial Automation Co. covers all items purchased from us with our 2-year warranty, and the terms are listed below. Manufacturer’s warranties are void and do not apply to our products.

Warranty Returns

Industrial Automation Co. warranties all products sold to be in good working order and free from defects for 24 months (2 years) after the purchase date. If an item is found to be defective within this time frame, the purchaser may return the item to Industrial Automation Co. for testing. If the item is found by Industrial Automation Co. to be defective, Industrial Automation Co. will repair or replace the item for no charge. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We cover products if the internal components are found to be defective. Industrial Automation Co. will repair or replace the item for no charge. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We do not cover products if they become defective from external factors like accidents, natural disasters, power surges, improper usage, insufficient maintenance, acts of god, or vandalism.

For products to be eligible for a warranty return, you must meet these conditions:

  • You have a purchase receipt or proof of purchase
  • The products must be defective from internal factors (i.e. components)
  • The products are returned within 2 years after the purchase date

 

Non-Warranty Returns

Non-Warranty Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. If you need to make a non-warranty return claim please log into your Shopify account or contact us at service@iac.us.com.

All items must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by an RMA number. Non-warranty returns incur a 25% restocking fee. New items must be returned in the same condition as shipped or face additional fees.


For products to be eligible for a non-warranty return, you must meet these conditions:

  • You have a purchase receipt or proof of purchase
  • The products were delivered in the last 30 days
  • All products must be returned in the same condition you received them

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the unit has not shipped from Industrial Automation Co.'s location or a vendor location.

  • Orders canceled after shipment may incur a 25% restocking fee for non-warranty returns. New items must be returned in the same condition as shipped or face additional fees.
  • Industrial Automation Co. does not refund shipping charges.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Manufacturers may not provide technical assistance. Industrial Automation Co. sells hardware products only and does not resell software licenses. Some hardware products may contain software and may not be legally operated without first purchasing a proper software license from the manufacturer of such products.
