The Allen-Bradley 1775-M58 is a sophisticated memory module designed for the PLC-3 and -3/10 programmable controllers, featuring a 32K word capacity and fitting seamlessly into the 1775-A1 or -A2 chassis. It offers dependable data retention with a choice of a non-rechargeable lithium battery, providing up to 365 days of power backup, or a rechargeable nickel-cadmium option, ensuring 120 hours of backup and recharging automatically. The module is equipped with error correction and detection capabilities, three status-indicating LED lights, and operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, utilizing 2.6 Amps at 5 Volts DC from the backplane.
