The Allen Bradley 1775-SR is an I/O scanner module designed for PLC-3/10 systems, offering four communication channels capable of managing up to 2048 inputs and outputs. This module facilitates communication between the primary PLC-3/10 processor and up to 16 I/O chassis, as well as connecting with programming terminals via an integrated RS-232-C port with baud rates up to 19.2 kbaud. A second module can be added to extend RS-232-C functionality without increasing I/O capacity, with thumbwheel settings distinguishing each modules role within the system.
