Description

The Allen-Bradley 1794-CE3 FLEX I/O Extender Cable, designed by Rockwell Automation, is a 3-foot (0.9 meters) cable ideal for organizing the FLEX I/O system into split configurations for either vertical or horizontal alignments. This versatile cable can connect the 1794-FLA to a FlexLogix controller, extending the local FLEX rail, and is adaptable for use between any module and adapter within a system. With an open enclosure type and a temperature rating from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, it supports in-cabinet applications with DIN rail or panel mounting. The FLEX I/O system itself supports a modular and cost-effective design, seamlessly integrating with networks like EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet, efficiently handling up to 256 digital or 96 analog I/O points with daisy-chain capable power connections.
