Description

The Allen-Bradley 22B-E019N104 PowerFlex 40 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is engineered for robust motor speed control, ideal for applications including fans, conveyors, and material handling systems. Notable for its versatile installation options, it includes both a convenient DIN rail snap-in and panel mount capability, alongside a space-saving Zero Stacking feature at ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Operating on a 460 - 600V AC three-phase input and delivering 11 kW (15HP) power with a 19 A current, it boasts an IP20 rated enclosure, with an optional upgrade to IP30 for enhanced dust protection. The drive features advanced V/Hz and sensorless vector control, enhanced by autotune capabilities, and supports comprehensive communication through optional modules such as DeviceNet and EtherNet/IP. Additionally, it integrates real-time monitoring and control with a 4-digit display, LED indicators, an integral keypad, and RS-485 communication port, along with features like a built-in brake transistor, PID control, and configurable logic functions for superior operational flexibility.
