The Allen-Bradley 25B-D017N104 is an AC drive with variable frequency model number PowerFlex 525. It is a 480 VAC, 3-phase voltage rated. It features an output current rating of 17.0 amperes and an output-rated power of 7.5 kilowatts or 10.0 Horsepower for typical and heavy-duty operations. PowerFlex 525 Adjustable Frequency Controller
A PowerFlex 525 adjustable frequency controller is what it is. This controller is also known as a variable-speed or customizable-frequency AC drive. Its main objective is to implement alternating current motor speed control while simultaneously reducing energy consumption and enabling more effective management of the attached motor. It has positional control capabilities.
PointStop Control Technology
It features Rockwell Automation's PointStop Control technology, which allows the motor load to be stopped consistently without encoder indication. Additionally, it enables point-to-point positioning capability and closed-loop input with an additional encoder card.
Control Modes
Volts every Hertz (V/Hz), Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), Closed Loop Velocity Vector Management, and Permanent Magnet Motor Coordination are the controller's standard control modes. Integrated I/O Pathways
Two analog inputs, seven digitized inputs, six highly configurable inputs, one analog output, two outputs, and two relay outputs featuring Form A and Form B connections are among the integrated I/O pathways of this drive. Additionally, this drive's inbuilt RS485 communication interface enables it to function as an RTU controller. A single RS485 connection, including a mix of Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drives, can connect up to 31 devices.
