The Allen-Bradley 2706-LV2R is a modernized DataLiner DL40 Plus message display designed to seamlessly replace the older DL40/DL20 series. This advanced unit features a Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) with adjustable brightness and supports a two-line, 20-character per line configuration, operating on 120 to 240 Volts AC with 128 KB of RAM. Notable for its robust communication capabilities, it includes RS-484 and RS-232 ports for versatile file transfers, supporting two-way interactions with PLCs and SLCs, while displaying clear messages visible from 25 feet. With compatibility for legacy applications, enhanced customization, real-time clock support, and point-to-point slave message display communication, the 2706-LV2R excels in delivering precise alerts and messages within industrial settings.
