Description

The MVI69-AFC Flow Computer Module by Prosoft Technology is expertly designed for the CompactLogix platform and integrates seamlessly into a single-slot 1769 backplane. Engineered for high-performance in measuring hydrocarbons, it supports up to eight-meter channels, calculating vital metrics such as accumulated masses, heating value, and flow rates. This module enhances system efficiency by transferring computed data to the processor memory or SCADA hosts, while its built-in documentation and monitoring capabilities streamline project management. In addition to supporting data download via Modbus, the MVI69-AFC ensures data integrity with robust password protection and access control, making it ideal for applications that require reliable hydrocarbon flow measurement and communication. Compatible with CompactLogix and MicroLogix 1500 LRP controllers, it operates efficiently with a maximum current load of 800 milliamps at 5 Volts DC and remains reliable across a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.
