The MVI69E-MBTCP is a robust Modbus TCP/IP Enhanced Communication Module designed for seamless integration within CompactLogix systems. Featuring a single RJ45 port that supports 10/100 Base-T Ethernet, this module excels in both client and server connectivity with a wide range of MODBUS-enabled devices. It offers flexible data handling capabilities, including support for floating point data and various MODBUS functions, and enhances system communication through efficient data transfer with capacities up to 10,000 words. The module must be installed in one of the first two slots on the 1769 bus when paired with CompactLogix 1769-L43 or 1769-L45, ensuring optimal performance within operating temperatures between 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and humidity levels of 5 to 95%. With its LED indicators for module status and activity monitoring, the MVI69E-MBTCP guarantees reliable communication while requiring ProSofts Configuration Builder and Discovery Service for setup.
