The Allen-Bradley VPL-A0631M-PJ12AA is a VP-Series Low Inertia Brushless Servo Motor designed for high-performance applications. Featuring a compact 63-millimeter frame, this motor integrates a multi-turn high-resolution encoder and connects via a single SpeedTEC DIN connector, eliminating the need for a DC brake. Its advanced winding technology provides up to 40% higher torque per unit, supporting a nominal speed of 6000 RPM and delivering 0.25 horsepower. Ideal for coupling with the Kinetix 5500 servo drive, this motor excels in dynamic motion control while meeting CSA and UL standards. Enhanced thermal performance is achieved through specialized winding insulation, and flexible cable orientation is facilitated by its innovative cable connector design. Operating with a 200 Volt AC supply, it supports maximum radial and axial shaft loads of 16.7 kg at 4500 RPM, with optional shaft seal kits available separately.
