The HG-KR43B model functions optimally in a clean, dust-free environment; thus, it should be kept indoors. The servo motor may only be used when the temperature is between 0 and +40 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is between 10% and 80%, provided that condensation does not occur. The motor will only operate effectively if these conditions are met. To ensure optimal motor operation, you must adhere to several stringent criteria.

Even when the servo motor HG-KR43B is positioned at 2,000 meters above sea level, there is no performance deterioration. The servo motor shaft must be placed horizontally, and the lubricant level in the gearbox must be kept below the oil seal lip. If the lubricant level exceeds the lubrication seal lip, lubricant will enter the motor, failing the servo motor HG-KR43B. Due to the high pressure that causes erosion, the lubrication seal has a shorter lifetime.
