  • HubSpot Analytics, a web analytics tool that assists us in understanding how our Website is used. HubSpot Analytics utilizes various tracking technologies to generate information we select about your use of our Website, which may include information about websites or online service visited before a device accesses our Website, metrics about the performance of our Website, and information about how devices access our Website. That information will be transmitted directly to and stored by HubSpot. We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to maintain the security and privacy of Personal Information we collect and use in connection with the Services. Children’s Privacy

We do not direct or target any piece of the Services to children under the age of 13. Capitalized terms in this Section that are not defined elsewhere in this Privacy Policy have the definitions set forth in the CCPA.

Right to Know 

You have a right to request that we disclose certain information about you and our collection of your Personal Information over the last 12 months. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will disclose to you:

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we collect about you. Please note, we may choose to delete the contested personal information as an alternative to correcting it if doing so would not negatively impact you or you consent to our deletion.

Who Can Make a Request

If you are a California resident, only you or a person authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make such a request twice within a 12-month period. 

Verifying Your Request 

For us to process your request, you must provide: 

  • Information sufficient to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
  • A request with sufficient detail to allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (an additional 45 days up to a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date we receive your request. If applicable, the response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request.

If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Non-Discrimination 

You have a right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. 

Not Sell or Share

We process opt-out preference signals (“Signals”) when you visit our Website. This means that you can opt-out of us sharing your Personal Information without having to contact us or otherwise submit a request to us. For us to process your opt-out, you must have a valid Signal in a format commonly used and recognized by us such as an HTTP header field.

    If you are located in the European Union, the Personal Information we collect may be stored and processed in any country in which we or our affiliates, suppliers, third party electronic payment processors, and/or agents maintain facilities, including, without limitation, the United States of America. The United States of America has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union. We rely on appropriate safeguards and derogations for specific situations as set forth in applicable laws to protect Personal Information transferred from the European Union to third countries and international organizations.

    Obligations to Data Protection Authorities (DPAs)

    We will respond diligently and appropriately to requests from DPAs about this Policy or compliance with applicable data protection privacy laws and regulations. We will, upon request, provide DPAs with names and contact details of the individuals designated to handle this process. With regard to transfers of Personal Information, we will (1) cooperate with inquiries from the DPA responsible for the entity exporting the data and (2) cooperate with its decisions, consistent with applicable law and due process rights. With regard to transfers of data to third parties, we will comply with DPAs decisions relating to it and cooperate with all DPAs in accordance with applicable legislation.
