The Allen-Bradley 1757-SRM is a ProcessLogix and ControlLogix Redundancy Module engineered to enhance system availability by synchronizing dual controllers across separate ControlLogix chassis. This two-slot module features fiber-optic connectivity via a 62.5/125-micron multi-mode cable with SC connectors, establishing a synchronization link between a primary and secondary 1757-SRM unithoused in identical chassis. Equipped with comprehensive LED indicators for module status, primary identification, communication integrity, and system health, this unit ensures seamless operation in critical processes where uninterrupted system performance is paramount. Compatibility extends to various ControlLogix chassis models, including 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, and 1756-A17, and it supports specific power supply options, ensuring flexible integration in diverse industrial applications.
