The Allen-Bradley 150-A05NB is a solid-state, SMC-2 three-phase smart motor controller designed for efficient operation with an input line voltage range of 380 to 460V AC at 50/60 Hz, and a tolerance of -15% to +10%. It supports a maximum HP rating of 3 HP at 460V AC and up to 2.2 kW at 380V and 415V AC, with a heat dissipation of 120 W. Equipped with dual-purpose LED status indicators and user-friendly DIP and rotary switches, this controller facilitates easy configuration and reliably detects faults such as a shorted SCR or phase loss. The 150-A05NB offers versatile functionality with three standard operational modes”full voltage, current limit, and soft start”plus an energy-saving mode activated under low load conditions, making it highly adaptable and efficient at operating altitudes up to 2000 m and temperatures ranging from 0 to 50 °C.
