The Allen-Bradley 150-A05NB-ND is a solid-state Smart Motor Controller from the SMC-2 series, engineered for soft motor starting in industrial automation applications. It supports 380 to 480 Volts AC three-phase inputs and can manage motor ratings up to 2.2 kW (3 HP) with a current requirement of 5 Amps. Featuring a robust NEMA Type 4 (IP65) rated thermoplastic construction, it is well-suited for harsh environments and is equipped with essential protections like LED status indicators and phase loss detection. Compact in design, this controller includes a Soft Stop feature and selectable auxiliary contact for 100 to 120 Volts AC, operating efficiently under ambient temperatures between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius.
