The Allen-Bradley 150-A24FC from the SMC-2 series is a sophisticated solid-state motor controller designed for 500 to 575V AC three-phase input at 50 to 60 Hz. With a rated operating current of 24 A, a power capability of up to 20 HP at 575V AC, and 15 kW at 500V AC, this controller efficiently manages motor operations with a maximum heat dissipation of 80 W. It features user-friendly DIP and rotary digital switches, along with dual-purpose LED indicators for fault detection and power status. The controller includes three standard operating modes: full voltage start, soft start, and current limit start, complemented by an energy-saving function for light or no-load conditions. Suitable for use up to 2000 m altitude and operable within temperatures of 0 to 50 °C, the unit also stores safely between -40 to 85 °C.
