The Allen-Bradley 150-A24NBD SMC Plus Smart Motor Controller is designed for robust performance with a 200-460VAC, 3-phase line voltage and supports both 50 and 60 Hz frequencies. It delivers a significant output, with a maximum continuous current of 180 Amperes and up to 150 HP at 460VAC. The controller is equipped with enhanced operational modes including soft start with kickstart, current limit start, and full voltage start, all customizable by time and current settings. Optional features such as Soft Stop and Smart Motor Braking (SMB) are available for further motor control. Its NEMA MG1 and IEC 34 (S1)-rated circuitry ensures reliable protection with transient protection through 220-joule metal oxide varistors and DV/DT protection via snubber network. The 150-A24NBD is housed in an open type enclosure suitable for direct subpanel mounting and offers a wide operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C. Certified to meet CE, UL, and CSA standards, this controller also includes auxiliary circuits with relays for enhanced connectivity and performance reliability.
