The Allen-Bradley 150-A24NBDC is a robust Smart Motor Controller and Soft Starter from the SMC-2 series, engineered to efficiently induce and control three-phase motors with an input line voltage of 380 to 460 Volts AC. This device operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz, supports motor ratings up to 15 horsepower, and can manage currents up to 24 amps. Noteworthy features include soft and full voltage start options, a current limit start, and an energy saver mode, all integrated to extend equipment life while maintaining efficiency. Designed to operate reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and up to 2000 meters in altitude without derating, it also includes built-in protection against line transients and surges, and a snubber network for noise reduction.
