The Allen-Bradley 150-A24NCDD is an advanced SMC-2 solid-state smart motor controller featuring Smart Motor Braking (SMB). It offers three operation modes: soft start, full voltage start, and current limit start, along with an energy-saving function activated by low or no load. It includes a rotary digital switch, an LED status indicator, and DIP switches, providing diagnostic capabilities that detect applied three-phase power, shorted SCRs, phase loss, and stalled motors. Designed for use at altitudes up to 2000 meters and temperatures between 0 and 50°C, this controller has dimensions of 250 x 214 x 160 mm and weighs 10 lbs (4.5 kg). Rated for 24A, it supports 20 HP at 575V, 15 HP at 460V, 7.5 HP at 230V, and 5 HP at 200V, with applicable input voltages between 500 and 575V AC and frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz. The units maximum heat dissipation is 80 W, withstanding up to 30 g shock for 11 ms and 2.5 g vibration for 60 minutes.
