The Allen-Bradley 150-A54JBDB smart motor controller is part of the SMC-2 series and offers versatility for use as both a series motor controller and a standalone unit. It delivers an output of 200 to 480 Volts AC at 54 Amps, supporting up to 15 HP at 200 Volts AC, while operating within an input range of 380 to 460 Volts AC with a frequency between 50 and 60 Hertz for 3-phase motors. Encased in a NEMA IP54 (Type 12) enclosure, it is well-suited for industrial environments and can be equipped with an optional protective module for additional resilience against high line transients. Key functionalities include soft start, current limit start, full-voltage start, and optional soft stop, all while simplifying installation and conserving panel space.
