The Allen Bradley 150-A54NB-8B4ND is a versatile Smart Motor Controller from the 150 SMC-2 series, designed to efficiently manage three-phase squirrel cage induction motors. Operating at an input voltage of 400 to 480 Volts AC and providing a 54 Ampere capacity, this solid state motor controller delivers a power output of 40 HP at 460 Volts or 30 kW at 415 Volts AC. Equipped with line and load protection, an internal RC snubber network K for DV/DT protection, and a factory-modified 110 to 120 Volt single-phase interface, it supports soft start, current limit start, and full voltage start modes. It also features energy-saving capabilities for lightly loaded motors, offers comprehensive protection against line surges, and comes in an open enclosure form factor. Measuring 244 mm in width, 290 mm in height, and 190 mm in depth, with a heat dissipation of 170 Watts, this CE-marked, CSA-certified, and UL-listed controller has an operating temperature range from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and weighs approximately 6.8 kilograms.
