The Allen-Bradley 150-A850BBD is a sophisticated Bulletin 150 Non-Combination Controller, ideal for controlling standard 3-phase induction motors with a microcomputer-enhanced design. It supports three distinct operational modes: Full Voltage Start, Soft Start with Selectable Kickstart, and Current Limit Start, making it adaptable to various industrial needs. This solid-state model boasts an impressive 850 A control range, accommodating motors from 10 to 700 Hp at 460 V AC, and operates efficiently with an input voltage range of 200 to 460 V (three-phase) at 50 to 60 Hz within an IP30 NEMA Type 1 Ventilated enclosure. Featuring comprehensive protection against phase loss and shorted SCRs, it also offers dual-purpose LEDs for easy monitoring and versatile configuration options via DIP and rotary digital switches. Manufactured with thermoset and thermoplastic materials, the controller is rugged, incorporating UNC 6-32 Screw control terminals and built to withstand up to 2.5 G vibration and 30 G shock.
