The Allen-Bradley 150-A97NC is a robust three-phase, soft-starter smart motor controller from the SMC-2 series designed for efficiency and versatility. It handles input line voltages from 500 to 575V AC at both 50 and 60 Hz with a 97 A rating, accommodating motors with HP ratings up to 75 HP at higher voltages. This controller, equipped with essential safety features such as LED status indicators for fault detection, supports various operational modes including current limit start, full voltage start, and soft start, while offering energy-saving capabilities for lightly loaded or idling motors. Enhanced with a rotary digital switch and DIP switches, the 150-A97NC allows for seamless configuration, even at altitudes up to 2000 meters and operating temperatures between 0 and 50 °C.
