The Allen-Bradley 150-C16NBR SMC-3 is a robust, solid-state smart motor controller designed for three-phase applications with Delta compatibility, featuring an open-type enclosure. It operates on an input line voltage of 200 to 480 Volts AC at 50/60 Hertz, while the control voltage is 24 Volts AC/DC, supporting an ampere range of 5.3 to 16 A. Capable of handling various starting duties, it provides horsepower ratings from 1.5 to 10 at different voltages. Suited for an array of applications such as fans, pumps, and chillers, this controller offers five operational modes: coast-to-rest, soft stop, soft start, current limit start, and kick start. Essential protective features include phase loss/open load detection, over-temperature, phase reversal protection, shorted SCR, phase imbalance, and electronic motor overload protection. It incorporates a rotary switch for motor FLA configuration, DIP switches for profile setup, a reset/hold-to-test button to check for faults, and an LED status indicator for operational diagnostics.
