The Allen-Bradley 1746-NI16V is an analog input module from the SLC 500 series, featuring 16 voltage input channels suitable for signal voltages such as ±10V, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V, and 0 to 10V DC. Designed to fit into any available slot in the SLC 500 chassis, excluding slot 0, the module provides a seamless connection with an SLC 500 processor via a parallel rear-facing interface, utilizing a single slot for installation. It offers robust environmental specifications, including an operating temperature range of -25 to 60°C, and accommodates relative humidity between 5% and 95% without condensation. Approved for use in Class I Division 2 hazardous environments and compliant with UL, C-UL, and CE standards, the module ensures reliable performance with a power consumption of 2.425 Watts max. Its convenient design includes a replaceable terminal (part number 1746-RT25G), the possibility of using pre-wired cables, and features a 25-pin D-shell AIFM connector with input impedance of 20 , offering a 16-bit resolution with a common mode voltage range of +/-10.25 Volts.
