Description

The Allen-Bradley 1756-A4 ControlLogix Chassis is a robust 4-slot unit designed for high-speed communication and efficient power distribution across modules, boasting power consumption of just 1.8 W. Featuring dimensions of 50.8 x 50.8 x 20.3 cm and weighing 1.7 lbs, it supports horizontal mounting within open enclosures and facilitates easy module management with the Removal and Insertion Under Power (RIUP) feature and electronic keying. With capabilities for maximum backplane current up to 15 A at 5.1 V DC, it enables distributed applications by allowing remote I/O module installation without the need for individual signal cabling, working seamlessly with a variety of ControlLogix components and modules.
