The Allen-Bradley 1756-IT6I is a high-performance ControlLogix analog input module designed for precise temperature measurement using thermocouples and millivolt inputs. It supports a range of thermocouple types including B, E, J, K, R, S, T, N, C, D, and L, offering a resolution of 16 bits with millivolt ranges from -12 to 78 mV and a high-resolution range of -12 to 30 mV. Ideal for both local and remote I/O racks, it features six individually isolated channels and requires an RTB for connection. The module is equipped with multiple advanced features such as real-time sampling, digital filtering, process alarms, and accurate open circuit detection, ensuring high reliability and precision. With noise rejection up to 120 dB and overvoltage protection up to 120V AC/DC, it is built to withstand challenging environments while maintaining an accuracy range of ±0.3 to 3.2°C, depending on the channel.
