TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The Allen-Bradley 1756-L71 ControlLogix PAC (Programmable Automation Controller) is capable of supporting up to 100 axes and is optimized for the control of high-performance motion drives via EtherNet/IP or SERCOS interfaces. It has 2 MB of user memory storage available. Additionally, it features a built-in 4-character alphanumeric display for quick monitoring of module and run-time data and controller diagnostics.

It contains an installed full-speed USB 2.0 connector and an open-style enclosure. This controller's USB interface enables firmware flashing, programming, and setup. One or more of the connection options include EtherNet/IP (Ethernet Industrial Protocol), ControlNet, Data Highway Plus (DH+), DeviceNet, SynchLink, and third-party systems and processes.

The non-volatile memory is 1 GB by default. However, you may increase it to 2 GB by purchasing the 1784-SD2. It is advised to keep the SD card in the controller after installation.

Two of the three capacitor energy storage modules that come with the 1756-L71 Programmable Automation Controller are detachable. It uses 800 mA at 5.1V dc and 5 mA at 1.2V dc in current consumption.

Additionally, it dissipates a maximum of 2.5 Watts of electricity and 8.5 BTU of heat each hour. Additionally, it provides a 30V continuous isolation voltage. It can operate in temperatures between 0 and 60 °C and stored at temperatures between -40 and 85 °C. It has a maximum ambient air temperature of 60 °C and a relative humidity range of 5% to 95% without condensation.

The controller has a 30G shock while active, a 50G shock when not operating, and a 2G vibration at 10...500 Hz that falls to 45G with an SD card inserted.
