The Allen-Bradley 1756-M16SE is a ControlLogix SERCOS Integrated Motion Module designed for seamless integration with Kinetix servo drives, including the 2093 Kinetix 2000, 2094 Kinetix 6000, 2099 Kinetix 7000, and 2098 Ultra3000 SERCOS drives. It enables precise real-time serial communication using a noise-immune digital fiber-optic link, supporting up to 16 axes per module and 32 per controller with a SERCOS data rate of 4 or 8 Mb/s and cycle times as low as 0.5 ms. Designed for flexibility, this module can be installed in various ControlLogix chassis configurations and paired with both standard and redundant power supplies, making it an ideal solution for sophisticated motion control applications.
