The Allen-Bradley 1756-OA8E is a versatile ControlLogix discrete output module designed for industrial automation systems, featuring eight channels that provide a nominal 120 VAC output with an operating range from 74 to 132 VAC at frequencies of 47-63 Hz. This module supports a total module current of 8A at 30°C and 4A at 60°C, with an output delay time of 9.3 ms at 60 Hz and 11 ms at 50 Hz, ensuring rapid response to control signals. Compatible with the 1756 chassis, it maintains a backplane power requirement of 7.02 Watts, incorporates electronic fusing for individual channel protection, and requires 1756-TBNH or 1756-TBSH removable terminal blocks for connections.
