Description

The Allen-Bradley 1756-OB8I is a ControlLogix DC isolated output module, featuring eight individually isolated outputs suitable for pilot duty applications. Designed for use with a 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H RTB, the module requires installation in a grounded chassis and supports a variety of communication formats such as Listen-Only and Rack Optimization, with customizable fault state behaviors per output point. Operating with a voltage range of 10 to 30 volts DC, it has a backplane power of 0.89W, can handle a surge current of 4 A for 10 ms per point, and offers a durable construction with a maximum power dissipation of 4.6W, ensuring reliable performance under demanding industrial conditions.
