The Allen-Bradley 1769-ECR is a right end cap module designed for the CompactLogix controller series, serving as a crucial bus terminator to signal the end of the system assembly. With a current draw of just 5 mA at 5.1 VDC, this module is engineered to operate efficiently at altitudes up to 2000 meters and withstand temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140°F). It is housed in an open-style enclosure and is robust enough to handle vibrations up to 5 g and shock ratings of 20 g and 30 g depending on the mounting type. Proper installation of this module, only when the system power is removed, ensures smooth operation and minimizes controller error risks.
