The Allen-Bradley 1769-IQ16 Compact I/O module is a DC digital input module with 16 24V DC sink/source inputs separated into two groups with eight input points each. 1769-OW16 Installation and Configuration

When used with the CompactLogix controller 1769, the module may be placed in either the local I/O or an I/O bank. Any close-by module, including the CPU, may have a power supply linked to it if the power supply distance rating is followed. For use with a MicroLogix 1500, the module must be installed after the base unit or in any module after the base unit.

Depending on the controller, the device may be configured with one of the following programming software: RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, or Studio 5000. The module features fine-tuning settings, including:
