The 1769-OA8 Compact I/O module is designed for integration with MicroLogix 1500 and 1769 CompactLogix controllers, offering eight AC input channels suitable for applications within the 100/240V AC range. Perfect for controlling a variety of devices such as magnetic contactors, AC relays, motor starters, and more, this module can interface through DeviceNet and Ethernet using adapters 1769-ADN and 1769-AENTR. The modules design allows for flexible installation within a CompactLogix system, provided it is no more than eight modules away from the power supply, and features independent AC common terminals for its two groups of channels, enabling diverse operational configurations to suit application needs.
