Equipped with a reliable communication rate of 5Mbps, this module facilitates robust and swift data exchange while providing diagnostic messaging capabilities. Essential features include a Network Access Port for network programming and maintenance, adherence to a 1A backplane current at 5V DC, and installation in the leftmost slot of the I/O chassis, with keying bands ensuring proper module insertion. The module requires a Quad shield RG-6 coaxial cable for secure connections via its standard BNC connector, and network address configuration is managed through two switch assemblies. With built-in diagnostics, including an OK indicator and alphanumeric display, it ensures efficient troubleshooting and communication reset operations.
