The Allen-Bradley 1771-DR is a high-speed Input/Output logic controller optimized for applications like presence sensing, canning, bottling, and packaging. This intelligent I/O module autonomously manages high-speed events, independent of the main processors scan times, capable of handling up to eight discrete inputs and four discrete outputs. It features programmable input pulse acceptance ranging from 50 microseconds to 10 milliseconds, and provides a rapid response time of less than 1 millisecond when configured with a 50-microsecond input filter. Designed with robust operational capabilities, it supports a DC voltage range of 0-24V, offers a continuous output current rating of 2A, and operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0-60°C, making it a versatile component for demanding industrial environments.
