The Allen-Bradley 1771-DW is a wire fault module designed for efficient detection and monitoring of wiring conditions, featuring seven on/off DC inputs compatible with a programmable Allen-Bradley controller. Operating within a voltage range of 15-27V DC and maintaining a typical 24V DC supply voltage, this module utilizes a shunt resistor for accurate circuit diagnostics, and provides optoelectrical isolation rated at 1500V DC. Equipped with seven status indicators and a manual reset pushbutton, it ensures straightforward manual reset and wire status reporting, while offering robust performance with a maximum backplane current of 300 mA and stable operation across a temperature range of 0-60°C.
