The Allen-Bradley 1771-ID16GM is a specialized 120V AC isolated input module for exclusive use in General Motors applications. Offering 16 input channels, this module is suited for Series B or later I/O chassis, while supporting Bulletin 700P style 120V AC relay circuits with selectable input filtering to mitigate voltage transients. With nominal parameters of 120V AC and 2.5mA, the module operates within a voltage range of 105‚120V AC at frequencies of 47‚63Hz and features a backplane power draw of 75mA. It requires external surge suppression for solenoid or inductive loads and includes 17 indicators for active and input status monitoring, along with two adjustable input filter time jumpers to customize response for different input ranges.
