The Allen-Bradley 1771-IKC is a versatile positioning input/output module from the PLC 5 series, designed to function independently from the processor with support for 12 to 24 Volts DC incremental encoders or single-channel devices. It is capable of handling up to 50 Kilohertz input frequency and features 5 Volts DC at 0.5 Amps output per channel for high-powered operations. Supporting digital I/O from 10 to 267 Volts AC, it includes comprehensive status and LED indicators for real-time monitoring and system troubleshooting. Its addressing nodes facilitate flexible slot setups, while its logical switches select suitable encoders, making it compatible with all Allen-Bradley programmable controllers, designed to operate within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.
