Description
The Allen-Bradley 1771-IX module, part of the PLC-5 series, is a sophisticated thermocouple and millivolt input module designed for seamless integration with programmable controllers via the block transfer function. This module supports up to 8 floating differential inputs for thermocouple and millivolt ranges”including E, J, T, K, S, and R types, as well as ±100 millivolts”offering a cold junction compensation accuracy of ±0.5°C within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. Requiring only one slot in a 1771 I/O chassis without an external power supply, it delivers precise channel updates every 50 milliseconds for all 8 channels, drawing 750 milliamps at 5 Volts from the backplane and facilitating convenient wiring changes through the use of the 1771-WI field wiring arm, with a power dissipation of 4.25 Watts.
All products (new, refurbished, and repairs) are covered by the Industrial Automation Company's 2 Year Warranty. Manufacturer's Warranty does not apply.
