The Allen-Bradley 1771-NBVC, part of the 1771-N series, is an advanced I/O module featuring six channels for voltage and current inputs, accommodating ranges of ±5V (±20mA) and offering two current output channels rated at 0-25mA. With an operational power dissipation of 8.5W, this module draws up to 1.7A from the backplane and provides robust overvoltage protection up to 140V AC RMS for continuous inputs. Its high input impedance, excellent accuracy with a resolution of 168VV/bit, and significant common mode rejection at 150 dB make it ideal for precise data acquisition; it also maintains impressive performance with offset and gain drift values suited for sensitive applications. For efficient functionality, the 1771-NBVC supports a 25 ms update time and has been optimized to operate within ambient temperatures of 32 to 140°F, alongside a durable output capacity of 25mA on circuits up to 700 ohms.
