The Allen Bradley 1771-NIVT is a high-resolution isolated analog module engineered for demanding applications where noise immunity and precision are paramount. This module boasts a 16-bit resolution with 1000V isolation between channels, eliminating ground loops and preventing voltage-induced component damage. Designed to function without an external power source, it dissipates 5.5 Watts at 5 Volts and remains operational through a wide temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. Intended for industrial environments up to Pollution Level Industry Environment 2, it can operate efficiently at altitudes up to 2000 meters. Care should be taken to manage electrical disconnections safely in hazardous areas to prevent arcing.
