The Allen-Bradley 1771-OBD is a versatile sixteen-channel, non-isolated output module designed for integration with the PLC5 product family, suitable for driving DC loads like pilot lamps and relay coils. It offers an output voltage range of 10-60 VDC with a nominal 48 VDC output, and each channel supports up to 2 A resistive load with a module maximum of 8 A, backed by a robust surge current capability of 4 A per channel for 10 ms. It functions efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and is resilient against environmental stress, including a shock tolerance of 30 G. The module connects seamlessly to 1771-A1B through 1771-A4B I/O chassis, except the 1771-A4, providing reliable performance via compatible field wiring arms and adhering to high ESD immunity standards of up to 8 kV air discharges.
