The Gemco 1771-PLS-B1 is a high-speed programmable limit switch module designed for seamless integration with Allen-Bradley PLC 5 series 1771 I/O modules. Featuring 16 fast-acting outputs that update every 5 microseconds and 8 field-configurable inputs, it optimizes operations like high-speed gluing, assembly, and labeling. The modules capability is further enhanced by a 14-bit resolver with a field-programmable scale factor and requires a power input of 5 Volts DC with a backplane power of up to 10 Watts. Built for efficiency, the module offers an RS-232 interface and supports up to 1024 setpoints, ensuring rapid response for critical production events.
