The Allen-Bradley 1771-PT2 duplex fiber optic cable is a 246-foot indoor-rated solution designed for robust fiber optic connectivity, featuring a core diameter of 10 cm and a cladding diameter of 14 cm. This cable incorporates two fibers terminated with SMA-905 screw-type connectors, offering a bandwidth of 100 KHz-Km and an attenuation of 5 dB/Km at 850 nm. Engineered with a PVC jacket and a tight buffer configuration, the cable exhibits a numerical aperture of 0.29, weighing 26.5 Kg/Km, with an outside diameter of 4 x 7 mm. The cable supports an installation tensile load of 1000 N and a crush resistance of 220 N/Cm, as well as flexibility for a range of operating conditions from -20°C to 70°C. Its design ensures non-conductive routing that minimizes electromagnetic interference, suitable for conventional wiring paths, with special provisions for vertical or underground installations requiring PVC conduits.
