The Allen-Bradley 1771-WS weigh scale module, part of the 1771 series, efficiently interfaces with up to eight industrial load cells when equipped with an external power supply. It accurately processes and transfers calibration values to a PLC-5 processor, supported by a power supply of 5 Volts DC ±5%, a backplane input voltage of 40 Volts DC, and a current load of 1.50 Amps. Operating reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and a humidity range of up to 90% non-condensing, the module is safeguarded against electrostatic discharge with proper handling procedures. It features two bi-color indicator lights that signify Run/Fault and Calibrate/Communication statuses.
